Description:
Retail store in Centurion needs to urgently fill a Deli Chef position.
- Preparing and cooking of meals in a retail store.
- Develop new lines.
- Take responsibility for costings.
- Manage/control production to ensure that waste is kept to the absolute minimum.
- Manage/control production in order to ensure that the targeted gross profit is achieved.
- Ensure that sales grow on a month to month basis.
- Ensure that staff adheres to the Clean as you go Role at all times.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Ensure that the Department is always neat and clean and meet strict standards of quality, health and safety.
Salary is negotiable.
