Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and contributing towards business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for Channel Sales, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Build and Maintain long-term relationships with Channel Sales, ensuring alignment with our clients values and objectives.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the companyâ??s products and services, effectively communicating technical information to meet the specific needs of retail partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay abreast of market trends and contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Channel sales trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify strategic business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the retail sales team, fostering collaboration and a results drive team
  • Ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions with retail partners, addressing their unique business challenges, and providing tailored networking solutionsÂ
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 Years experience in Channel Sales Management
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Channel Sales Accounts Managing
    • Strong track record in sales development, B2B/ Corporate Customer development, and key account management within Channel Sales
    • In-depth knowledge of Channel Sales structures, technologies, and market dynamics
    • Established relationships with retail partners and an understanding of their business challenges
