An Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
This person will be working remotely and must be able to access emails and online meetings at home.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage financial records and ensure accuracy Prepare financial statements and reports Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies Ensure compliance with financial regulations Engage with customers using online platforms, team meetings and email Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes Must have the following:
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Xero. At least 4 years of experience preparing financial statements. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must have experience with using email, teams Highly tech-savvy, comfortable with cloud-based accounting software and digital tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think on your feet. Ability to read and interpret legal jargon to extract relevant financial details. Self-driven and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
