- Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure alignment with purchase orders and goods receipts .
- Monitor aging reports and facilitate timely payments .
- Oversee vendor payments , including account verification and loading.
- Assist in annual external audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Maintain and update debtor credit applications and records.
- Provide day-to-day accounting support to the Senior Accountant .
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAIPA, CIMA, or SAICA articles .
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping .
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices .
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP Business One is advantageous).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail , organizational skills , and time management .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
