Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 34 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in property or real estate.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide financial insights.
