Key Responsibilities:
Budget & Reporting: Prepare annual salary budgets, monitor manpower costs, and report on variances. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Reconciliation & Compliance: Ensure alignment between payroll and general ledger systems, manage audits, and maintain regulatory compliance. Process Improvement: Analyze payroll procedures, recommend improvements, and implement best practices. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop payroll staff to ensure high performance. Cross-Border Payroll: Manage payroll for international hires, transfers, and secondments. Stakeholder Engagement: Provide superior payroll support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Payroll-related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in payroll accounting, with managerial experience preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting. Compliance: In-depth understanding of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and audit requirements. Leadership: Ability to supervise and develop a payroll team effectively.
