We have a vacancy for an HR Manager with a vehicle dealership in Witbank.
Duties and responsibilities: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution; Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently; Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives; Maintain HR systems and processes; Conduct performance and salary reviews; Provide support and guidance to staff; Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years’ experience as Human Resources Manager. Relevant Diploma or degree in Human Resources. Experience working in the automotive or motor industry is crucial. Experience working with systems such as Kerridge, Evolve etc. Experience with payroll systems. Excellent communication and administrative skills. Clear criminal record.
