Minimum Requirements:HR Diploma/Degree. 5-8 years HR experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and in a team, manage workloads, and meet deadline
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee hiring, including candidate sourcing, application reviews, interviews, skills assessments, and providing hiring recommendations Handle employee data related to pay, time off, and training, and generate relevant management reports. Utilize HR systems to maintain, plan, and control organizational workforce data. Collaborate on needs assessments and implement training programs to improve employee skills. Offer guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, including compliance with equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and safety regulations Provide advice on workplace issues, career progression, and coordinate employee assistance programs Facilitate the performance management process and systems for managers and employees. Manage internal and external disciplinary actions and rehabilitation efforts.
