Education, Skills and Experience:A relevant National Diploma in Project Management Accredited project management certification (preferred) Minimum 3 years of broad-based information systems and business experience Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration and management Business analysis experience is desirable Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Key Performance Areas:
Manage the delivery of small to medium-sized projects or sub-projects under supervision Develop a project charter and establish a high-level roadmap with guidance Implement the project methodology as defined by the PMO Assist in reviewing project estimates and assumptions relating to schedule, effort, and cost Define team roles and expectations, and provide timely feedback Facilitate and manage project governance forums as assigned Communicate requirements, project plans, and changes to all affected stakeholders Monitor progress to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets expectations Manage changes to requirements through a formally defined scope change process Support people change initiatives related to project delivery Assist with programme administration Develop, implement, and maintain project-related plans including risk management, quality, and measurement plans, under PMO guidance Report progress and changes regularly to the PMO and steering committee
