.Greeting and assist clients. .Answer and direct phone calls and emails .Support general office coordination .placing of order and monitoring supplies .Data capturing, analyzing data, request quotations and provide administrative support. .Be available to assist stuff after hours or during overtime periods when necessary. .Be able to work remotely when required, ensuring continued support and responsiveness. REQUIREMENTS: .Matric certificate ( administrative and accounting/book keeping qualification). . Valid drivers license. . Proven experience. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail .Proficiency in Microsoft office( most important is Microsoft excel, word and outlook). .Ability work independently and mange time effectively. .
