.Greeting and assist clients. .Answer and direct phone calls and emails .Support general office coordination .placing of order and monitoring supplies .Data capturing, analyzing data, request quotations and provide administrative support. .Be available to assist stuff after hours or during overtime periods when necessary. .Be able to work remotely when required, ensuring continued support and responsiveness. REQUIREMENTS: .Matric certficate ( administrative and accounting/book keeping qualification and advantage). . Valid drivers license. . Preven experience. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail .Proficiency in Microsoft office( most important is Microsoft excel, work and outlook). .Ability work indecently and mange time effectively. . Punctual, reliable and able to take initiative.
