Description:
ROLE OVERVIEW:You will need to manage multiple projects and workstreams, assisting the team to deliver according to agreed priorities. You will ensure adherence to set timelines and budgets and frequently report on progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them synchronised and moving forward Work with the project administrators and team leads to prepare, organise, and distribute all necessary project materials. Organise and implement formulated policies and procedures Run all project meetings and ensure the project expectations are met Budget forecast and assess possible project risks and setbacks Maintain and update budgets as the project progresses Calculate project metrics, including quality assurance, profits and losses Communicate pertinent information between management, staff and stakeholders Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks Advise staff and management on adherence to set budgets and project schedule Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants and other trained staff Set goals, provide motivation, and thoroughly support your project team members Collaborate on project presentations Analyse project data and produce progress reports Foster positive and productive client relationships Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Strong business acumen in project planning and management <
