Description:

Key Responsibilities:â?? Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
â?? Check stock availability and suggest alternatives when needed.
â?? Assist walk-in clients and schedule farm viewings.
â?? Generate quotes, invoices, and sales orders.
â?? Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections, and routes.
â?? Maintain and update a photo library of tree species and sizes.
â?? Oversee stock updates, audits, and inventory control.
â?? Handle export documentation and liaise with authorities.
â?? Process payments, track accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
â?? Keep accurate sales and expense reconciliations.
â?? Maintain staff attendance records and assist with HR admin tasks.
â?? Manage office and farm supplies.
â?? Assist with website updates and general administrative tasks.

What Were Looking For:â?? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
â?? Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
â?? Experience in customer service and sales administration.
â?? Knowledge of logistics, stock management, and exports (advantageous).
â?? Proficiency in Excel and general administrative software.
â?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
â?? A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
â?? Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
