Bible Media is a Christian Media Ministry, producing and providing content to inspire the Christian Way. The organisation underwent a process of digital transformation and is currently building a more comprehensive digital footprint.

An exciting vacancy currently exists for a skilled Digital Business Development Manager with the following responsibilities and requirements (Hybrid Work Environment):

Responsibilities

Manage and develop user experience of digital products Visualise relevant digital products and manage the development and creation processes in collaboration with the team Drive roll-out and marketing / selling of digital products Explore / research trends of broader faith communities in Southern Africa to inform product development Form and manage relevant networks Establish long term growth and financial sustainability of the organisation Personnel management

Requirements

Relevant qualification (computer science, information technology, business, marketing, etc.) Previous experience with agile programming technologies Previous experience in a digital environment and AB Testing Proven experience with WordPress Project management skills Aggressive problem-diagnosis and creative, independent problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with the necessary business acumen Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques Theological qualification (advantageous)
