Description:

Key Responsibilities
Provide executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications. Oversee office operations, from supplies to gate management. Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics. Assist with AI-related projects and research coordination. Manage sensitive information and confidential records with discretion. Support HR functions like interview scheduling and employee onboarding.
Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience in office administration or executive support. Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken). Own transport and flexibility to travel when needed. Basic knowledge or interest in AI and technology. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
