We're Hiring: Office Administrator / Receptionist
We are looking for a well-presented, organised, and professional Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team at a leading manufacturing company based in Bellville.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, managing day-to-day admin tasks, and keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and record purchase orders and received goods.
• Manage the front desk, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.
• Prepare boardrooms for meetings and training sessions, including refreshments and required materials.
• Capture customer invoice details and ensure all delivery documents are filed correctly and timeously.
• Maintain an accurate and well-organised filing system across multiple departments.
• Obtain clothing quotations and manage the ordering and issuing process to staff.
• Communicate effectively with various departments and provide general administrative support.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
