In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, providing executive support, as well as assisting the team with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Support for the CEO:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Assist with personal errands and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Administrative Support for the Team:
Assist various departments with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, filing, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate internal communications and keep the team updated on key schedules and deadlines.
Organize meetings, events, and team-building activities.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Payroll Administration:
Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain records for employee compensation and deductions.
Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and payroll software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
