Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be performing the following monthly for his/her clients:
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Submission of EMP201 returns
- Payroll
- Submission of VAT201 returns
- Other administrative services
Other duties & responsibilities:
- Bank reconcilliation
- E@syFile (IRP5's and EMP501 recon)
- VAT reviews, PAYE reviews and Income Tax Reviews
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
- Personal Income Tax returns (ITR12)
- SARS objections/disputes/queries/audits
- Ensuring tax compliance

- Candidate must have experience with Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, Sage Online, Caseware, E-Filing, E@syFile, Pastel Payroll, SimplePay and Pastel Partner.
- The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years experience as an accountant.
- Experience working on more than one company
- The candidate should be skilled in Word, Excel and Outlook
- The candidate must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
