Retail store in Centurion needs to urgently fill a store manager position.


Butchery Supervisor. Need to have at least five years’ experience after you qualified as a Blockman. Be able to supervise the staff in the Butchery. Compile a monthly plan of action on achieving sales and gross profit with motivation if targets were not met in the previous period. Submit proposals of weekly and certain weekend and month end specials. Ensure that all Rules & Regulations are adhered to in terms of health & safety. Ensure that staff adhere to a Clean as you Go Rule at all times. Ensure that the displays are always neat and fresh. Take responsibility for proper stock rotation. Development of new “products’ in order to grow sales. Liaise with the relevant party with regards to costings on an ongoing basis in order to ensure that a certain gross profit is achieved. Bakery Supervisor. Nod to have at least five years’ experience in a similar position. (Baking and Confectioning). Be able to supervise the staff of the Bakery. Development of new products in order to grow sales. Liaise with the relevant Department with regards to advertising on pamphlets as well as social media, especially regarding specials and new lines. Ensure that all Rules & Regulations are adhered to in terms of health & safety. Ensure that staff follow the Clean as you Go Rule at all times. Develop a plan of action on a monthly basis to be submitted to the Labour Law Service Providers. Take responsibility for proper stock rotation. Liaise with the relevant party with regards to costings on an ongoing basis to ensure that a certain gross profit is achieved. Ensure proper stock rotation on a daily basis. Salary is negotiable.
