Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee point-of-sale transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the car wash, hospitality, or retail industries. Valid driver's license. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Key Characteristics:
