Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure and can efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination: Book flights and accommodation for staff.

Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of required items.

Logistics Support: Drop off materials and transport individuals to site as needed.

Procurement: Manage daily purchases of small consumables for teams.

Scheduling & Coordination: Handle tight deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.

Timekeeping: Manage and process timesheets for staff.

Stock Management: Receive stock deliveries and oversee stock counter operations.
Requirements:

Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience in administration and logistics coordination.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A valid driver's license is preferred.
