Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting, including VAT, tax submissions, and compliance with the relevant regulations.
- Cash Flow & Budgeting: Oversee cash flow management, forecast financial performance, and collaborate on budget planning to drive financial stability.
- Internal Controls & Audits: Lead internal audits at branches, enhance financial controls, and mitigate risk through process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
- ERP & Financial Systems: Utilize ERP systems (Embrace preferred) and Excel to optimize reporting, reconciliations, and operational finance activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom in Accounting or Finance (Membership with a professional body is an advantage).
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial management role.
