Description:
Oversee all client relationships regarding Umhlaba Risk Solutions and Services to Companies.
Tasks:
Acting as the liaison between the client and various stakeholders:
· - Ensure that growth and financial targets are met.
· - Assist with escalated issues that may arise from internal departments with the relevant clients.
· - Assist with escalated issues that may arise from companies with the relevant department.
· - Building ongoing relationships with key stakeholders at clients
· - Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
· - Manage key client interactions focusing on driving awareness of services offered.
· - Provide proactive client support ensuring retention and growth within the client.
· - Meeting with clients and developing will require regular meetings either face to face or virtual.
· - Improve on current presentations used to conduct member/employer training.
· - Plan and manage any external services presentations clients (potential and existing)
· - Ensure all team members meet with clients and developing will require regular meetings either face to face or virtual
· - Participate and implement creation of new standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery for clients.
· - Seek and analyze feedback from stakeholders to improve the company's performance and customer experience.
Perform administrative duties:
· - Ensure that the necessary departmental reporting is adhered to.
· - Ensure that your assigned companies are fully compliant and that the required monthly premiums are paid timeously.
· - Accurate reporting of client interactions and demonstrated value added needs to be shown.
· - Perform any other task entrusted by Management.
Requirements:
Essential Qualification:
-Matric
Essential Experience:
3 years administrative experience.
2 years experience in a similar role.
