Description:
Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing clinics within Gauteng for maximum of 40hrs per month.
•Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, ensuring they are adequately staffed and that services are delivered in a legally compliant and efficient manner
•Ensure the clinics meet all service level agreements (SLAs), order confirmation requirements, and quality standards
•Manage the handling of Industrial Occupational Diseases (IODs), including implementing procedures developed by the appointed Occupational Medical Practitioner (OMP), and ensuring the appropriate emergency facility and transport provider are in place
•Implement and maintain clinical protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
•Provide medical services during staff shortages, particularly in walk-in clinics, if applicable
•Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, ensuring that all personnel meet professional standards and compliance regulations
•Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide support or corrective actions when necessary to improve performance
Requirements:
- Management Skills: 4 to 5 years
- Occupational Experience: 10 years or more
•Bachelors degree or certificate in Occupational Health Nursing
•Registered with South African Nursing Counsel (SANC)
•South African Society of Occupational Health Nursing (SASOHN) membership
•Certificate in Dispensing
•Certificate in Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision
•Basic understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act with regulations
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
•Mathematical acumen
•Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
•Computer literacy (intermediate)
•Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
•Ability to travel to other company sites as required
•Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
