As a newly qualified CA, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering financial insights, and helping businesses thrive. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.
• Advisory Services: Offer strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, helping clients navigate complex financial matters.
• Tax Compliance: Assist clients with tax planning and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
• Audit and Assurance: Work on audit engagements, where necessary, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Identify challenges in clients' financial processes and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, to provide the best possible service to clients.
  Requirements:
  
• CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified or within 1 year post-qualification).
• Passion for working with clients and providing excellent service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Proactive and solutions-driven, with a passion for helping businesses succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
