Salary / CTC: R 20 000 basic salary with uncapped commission and a potential earning of between R 30 000 and R 40 000 with your basic and commission combined (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have recently purchased properties, with the objective of generating quotes and closing sales. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing leads and following up on inquiries. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of: Commercial Insurance for Properties Purchased by Businesses but Used for Residential Purposes Commercial Insurance for Properties Purchased by Businesses (Used for Business Purposes) Commercial Insurance for Properties Purchased by Trusts Sectional Title Insurance Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and identify opportunities for Growth Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services. Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities, while learning to utilise AI technology and tools to support sales activities and client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12 required and tertiary education an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively connect with a diverse range of customers and colleagues. Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to transform traditional business models and enhance customer service. At least two years of experience in insurance sales, marketing, or a related area. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience:
Commercial & Residential Insurance Expertise. Proven experience in short-term insurance sales that covers both personal lines (e.g., home and contents) and commercial lines (e.g., business-owned residential properties, trust-held properties, and sectional title insurance). Proven success in a high-volume sales call centre environment, with a strong track record of generating leads and closing deals through outbound cold calling. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume, target-driven environment. Proficient in objection handling and closing techniques. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
