Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all meetings and activities for the HR Policy Review Project Steering Committee Consolidate inputs from various stakeholder engagements Provide strategic, change management, and business improvement support to the HR Policy Review Project Steering Committee Report progress on task execution for the HR Policy Review Project as per the agreed frequency Maintain all documentation related to the execution of assigned tasks Support and assist the Chairperson and the HR Policy Review Project Steering Committee in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities Execute tasks assigned by the Project Manager Integrate all policies, standards and procedures (S&Ps), guidelines, and frameworks across the HR value chain Benchmark policies, standards and procedures, guidelines, and frameworks against industry best practices Ensure all policies, standards and procedures, guidelines, and frameworks are fit for purpose and future-proofed Develop a change management plan
