Description:

Job PurposeManage and support Service Technicians, oversee customer relationships, installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Train and mentor technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications & Experience
  • B Tech: M. Eng or N. Dip Mech Eng
  • Gas Practitioner License
  • 8 – 10 years’ experience in Industrial/ Engineering (Advantageous)
  • Knowledge of boilers, burners, and electrical systems
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy (Office Suite, MS Teams, Accpac, Xero - Advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee service team operations
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary contact, ensuring excellent service
  • Sales Support: Help drive revenue and promote service offerings
  • BMS Development: Enhance and expand the Boiler Management System
  • Team Development: Train and mentor technicians for career growth
  • Reporting & Admin: Prepare quotes, invoices, and performance reports

Requirements:
