Job PurposeManage and support Service Technicians, oversee customer relationships, installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Train and mentor technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications & Experience- B Tech: M. Eng or N. Dip Mech Eng
- Gas Practitioner License
- 8 – 10 years’ experience in Industrial/ Engineering (Advantageous)
- Knowledge of boilers, burners, and electrical systems
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Computer literacy (Office Suite, MS Teams, Accpac, Xero - Advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Service Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee service team operations
- Client Relations: Act as the primary contact, ensuring excellent service
- Sales Support: Help drive revenue and promote service offerings
- BMS Development: Enhance and expand the Boiler Management System
- Team Development: Train and mentor technicians for career growth
- Reporting & Admin: Prepare quotes, invoices, and performance reports
