A fantastic company based in Strydom Park requires a dynamic Financial Manager.
The main purpose of the role is to provide decision useful information (both operational and financial) to the company.

Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management.
Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow projections and reports
- Analyse cash flow trends and recommend improvements
Cost Management:
- Analyse costs and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Assist with inventory management and pricing strategies
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and devise strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and functioning
Requirements:
