Minimum Requirements:
Matric 5 to 8 years’ recruitment industry experience with specific emphasis on Technical industry knowledge in FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, Petrochemical etc. Proven track record of successful placements Good decision-making skills Performance and objective driven individual Deadline driven Exceptional matching abilities (matching job spec to candidate) Third language would be advantageous Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clientsDuties and Responsibilities:
Willing to work under extreme pressure Good presentation skills Network in order to build a strong database of skilled candidates Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection) Application and knowledge of sourcing tools (such as Career portals, LinkedIn, etc.) Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time frame. Proactively map and identify suitable candidates in line with job specifications. Achieve weekly and monthly set activity and financial targets. Prepare presentations of candidates to clients. Generate own leads to grow client base relevant to expertise. Marketing of suitable profiles to potential clients.Character Traits:
Ability to work at fast pace Remain self-motivated and use own initiativeWorking Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
