The Role:We are looking for a results-driven Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional with B2B sales experience who is passionate about technology and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, sourcing top tech talent, and driving recruitment processes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:â?? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the tech industry
â?? Use your B2B sales skills to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
â?? Source, screen, and place top tech professionals in leading companies
â?? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation
