Project Accountant (SMPP - EPC Projects) - Waterfa

Description:

1. Develop and maintain a governance based integrated project cost control system.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast-based cost reports.
3. Monitoring and tracking of project risks and changes against the approved integrated project cost baseline and the project charter budget commitments.
4. Project management of change process against cost baseline documents and contractual commitments.
5. Contract administration and payment of invoices on time.
6. Maintain high standard of cost reporting and ensure that the project health status is reflected through accurate tracking and reporting of changes and risk and the remaining contingencies and risk allowances.
7. People Management.
8. Manage project cost risk registers.
9. Participate in progress meetings with service providers.
10. Assurances and auditsMinimum 2 years projects
    Must be able to travel to Waterfall/Midrand every day
