Minimum requirements:Matric or other relevant qualifications Minimum 3 years investment administration or previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry Knowledge of FICA as per FSCA requirements and Regulatory Compliance Job Description:
Manage calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements Consulting with different Service Providers to ensure smooth account opening process Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies in all client interactions and administrative tasks Ensure customer records are correctly created and kept updated Applying FICA knowledge as per FSCA requirements Coordinate and follow up discrepancies and escalate any exceptions to management Attending to email and telephonic enquiries from Wealth Managers and colleagues timeously Cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to understanding their financial goals and objectives Ad-hoc duties when assigned, department related Processing Switches and Top Ups Providing excellent service to Wealth Managers/clients Perform any reasonable task requested from the company Prepare for clients meetings, client reviews, and policy schedules
