Qualifications and Experience
Matric. 2-3 years transformer industry experience. Knowledge and experience in MS Projects Computer literacy good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook). SAP experience advantageous.Responsibilities
Liaise with customers with regards all documentation Process and issue works orders including managing hand overs between projects and contracts departments Update and manage projects master schedule Monitor customer account status and follow up on invoices and payments Follow up on document approvals internal and external Compile letters, progress reports for issuing to customers Liaise with all relevant internal departments to streamline processes. Assist with compiling project schedules. Responsible for general contract/project documentation. Attend internal and customer meetings
