Administrative Support:
Maintain and update sales databases and filing systems. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage office supplies inventory and equipment as needed. Handle correspondence and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide customer service and ensure a professional office environment.Operations Management:
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Work with other departments to streamline workflows. Monitor and improve office processes and procedures.Staff Management:
Handle basic HR duties, including employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and assisting with payroll. Supervise and train administrative staff. Assess employee performance and provide feedback. Address employee concerns and assist in resolving issues.Qualifications & Skills:
510 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role. Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Office Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Salary:Market-Related.
