Minimum requirements:Degree in Property or Finance. 3 5 years of retail leasing manager experience within a super-regional mall environment. Strong understanding of lease agreements, property legislation, and industry trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience in tenant mix planning, lease administration, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve leasing targets. Personality Traits:

Duties and responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and implement a leasing strategy and tenant mix for the centre, taking into account retail trends and economic conditions, subject to approval by the General Manager. Canvass for new tenants and existing tenants for expansion suitable for the centre's look, feel, and tenant mix. Manage applications for space. Engage in deal-making and procuring tenants for vacant space. Undertake site visits and meet with tenants on site. Oversee tenant design and layout drawings. Monitor lease expiration and proactively manage renewals and tenant retention. Prepare the annual leasing report for review by the General Manager. Achieve budget rental income on deals concluded. Manage tenant compliance with leasing-related terms post-conclusion of the deal. Oversee and manage the performance of the leasing team. Develop and manage leasing processes and systems. Build strategic relationships with tenants to influence business performance. Build and maintain relationships within the retail property industry and with potential tenants to grow and maintain a competitive advantage. Provide the following reports for the monthly management packs: Building lease profile. Lease expiring reports. Manage and maintain the vacancy report. Present leasing report at monthly Manco. Take responsibility for weekend duties as agreed with the General Manager (GM). Ensure compliance with relevant Acts. Control, manage, and govern the processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimise business risks. Implement all audit recommendations in the area of accountability and resolve audit findings timeously. Design, approve, implement, and maintain policies with
