Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 6 - 7 Years proven experience in an HR leadership role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Experience with HR systems and data management Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals Experience in change management and organizational development Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR softwares Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Key responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance Develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives Support and guide managers on best HR practices and employee engagement strategies Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with labor laws Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent management
