- Accuracy and computer literacy essential
- Deadline driven and willing to learn new skills
- Very well groomed and well spoken in English
DUTIES
- answering incoming calls
- Email correspondence
- Resolve any discrepancies from client enquiries
- Manage the database of clients
- Prepare reports needed
- Ensure work commitments can be delivered on time
- Manage administration duties ensuring accuracy at all times
- Attend to any additional tasks that the team requires
- Ensure all document requirements are emailed to clients.
- Prepare and email spreadsheets monthly
- Order stationery and consumables when required
- Liaise with all service providers on any issues as and when they arise.
- Ensure that invoices are handed in on time
- Assist Directors with any of their requirements.
- Ensure the reception and office is neat and tidy
- Attend to clients on arrival at the office.
- Well groomed to meet and greet clients at all times
- Answering incoming calss professionally
