Regional Aftersales Manager Commercial Truck Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Support dealership service teams with technical and operational guidance
- Oversee warranty adjudication and ensure compliance with OEM policies
- Provide expert technical support for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Identify and coordinate training initiatives for aftersales teams
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with parts distribution teams to ensure availability and efficiency
- Monitor and report on key aftersales performance indicators
Minimum Requirements:
- Diesel trade/technical qualification
- At least 5 years experience in a similar aftersales role within the truck industry
- Strong knowledge of truck service operations, warranty processes, and fleet management
- Willingness totravel extensivelywithin the assigned region
- Fluent inAfrikaans (essential for dealer and customer communication)
- ValidCode 8 drivers license
