Required Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree / Advanced Diploma / B. Tech degree on NQF level 7 in Education, Management Sciences, IT or related fields.

Required Experience

  • Some experience in educational administration or online learning
  • Familiarity with learning management systems

  • Ability to quickly adjust to new environments, tasks, and challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

R esponsibilities

The responsibilities of the incumbent include, but not limited, to the following:

  • Support internal approval processes for online programmes by gathering and organizing required documentation.
  • Assist in external accreditation procedures by maintaining necessary records and documentation.
  • Track approval and accreditation timelines and status updates.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic departments in implementing online programmes.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate programme roll-out.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all programmes, modules, and short courses.
  • Support the course development and production team in coordinating deliverables.
  • Assist the marketing team with programme-related information and materials.
  • Any other tasks as may be assigned.

Salary Range: R10, 000.00 per month. (CTC)
