Required Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree / Advanced Diploma / B. Tech degree on NQF level 7 in Education, Management Sciences, IT or related fields.
Required Experience
- Some experience in educational administration or online learning
- Familiarity with learning management systems

R esponsibilities
The responsibilities of the incumbent include, but not limited, to the following:
- Support internal approval processes for online programmes by gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Assist in external accreditation procedures by maintaining necessary records and documentation.
- Track approval and accreditation timelines and status updates.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic departments in implementing online programmes.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate programme roll-out.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all programmes, modules, and short courses.
- Support the course development and production team in coordinating deliverables.
- Assist the marketing team with programme-related information and materials.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned.
Salary Range: R10, 000.00 per month. (CTC)
