Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:- Manage and service client policies across long-term, short-term, and medical insurance products.
- Process policy changes, amendments, renewals, cancellations and general administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with policy-related matters.
- Prepare and process quotations using Momentum quote packages and servicing quotes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems.
- Assist financial advisors and clients with documentation, compliance, and policy-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Work proactively to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.Requirements:
- Experience in the insurance industry is a must.
- Proficiency in using Momentum websites and quote packages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- RE5 and Financial Planning or Wealth Management qualifications (advantageous but not required).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing policy documents.
- Proactive, energetic, and a fast learner who takes initiative.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Position to start asap - Company is situated in Overport currently, but will be relocating to Westville, Jan Hofmeyr Road.
