Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy. Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance. Proven experience in preparing financial reports and managing budgets. Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Excel) and ERP systems. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
