We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Transformation Manager to lead and drive the evolution of our digital capabilities. This role will focus on aligning technology with business goals, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership and operational teams to implement transformative initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Design and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap
Work closely with executive teams to integrate digital strategies with core business objectives
Identify opportunities for digital innovation that improve operational efficiency and revenue streams
Project Oversight & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end management of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
Maintain oversight of project timelines, budgets, and key milestones
Ensure seamless execution of new digital systems, processes, and tools
Organizational Change & Digital Adoption
Cultivate an environment that embraces digital adoption and continuous improvement
Develop and roll out change management frameworks to support smooth transitions
Facilitate training and support initiatives to empower teams in adopting new technologies effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure digital alignment
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on project progress and performance
Manage third-party vendors and technology providers to optimize digital solutions
Technology & Innovation
Assess current technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, cloud solutions, IoT, and automation
Lead the deployment of new platforms, applications, and digital tools to support business growth
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Define and track key performance metrics to assess the impact of digital initiatives
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize digital strategies
Ensure regular reporting and feedback loops to measure success and identify areas for enhancement
Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure all digital transformation initiatives comply with industry regulations, security standards, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital integrations
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Additional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are beneficial
8+ years of proven experience in digital transformation, project management, or technology-driven business strategy
Strong track record of executing large-scale digital initiatives in dynamic environments
Expertise in both technical and business aspects of digital innovation
Knowledge of modern technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, data analytics, and automation
Experience in eCommerce and last-mile logistics integration (advantageous)
Key Skills & Competencies
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align digital initiatives with business objectives
Project Management: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and digital marketing technologies
Leadership: Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
Adaptability & Innovation: Forward-thinking and able to navigate change effectively
