Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the provincial business unit to achieve growth, profitability, and developmental goals.
Business Development: Develop operational strategies to generate new business and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Client Experience: Ensure a seamless client experience by managing all aspects of client relationships.
Financial Performance: Grow the provincial loan portfolio and maintain healthy financial ratios.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with local communities, government bodies, and agricultural leaders.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including lending, product sales, customer service, and risk control.
People & Performance Management: Lead, motivate, and develop employees to foster a high-performance culture.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure alignment with policies, risk management, and audit standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BCom, Business Sciences, or equivalent in Banking/Financial Services.
Experience:
58 years in Development Finance or Commercial Banking.
58 years in Credit/Lending/Loan Assessment (Due Diligence & Financial Modelling).
