Client-Centric Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable plans. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transportation and logistics services. Problem Solver: Proactively address service issues and identify innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. Who You Are:
You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred). You have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or planning within the transport or logistics industry. You are a natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
