Description:
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage and coordinate fleet, warehousing, and distribution activities. Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and service delivery. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture. Implement and maintain inventory control and stock management systems. Collaborate with clients and suppliers to maintain strong business relationships. Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations. Education: Relevant diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management is preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Knowledge: Understanding of fleet management, warehousing, and distribution. License: Valid drivers license and own transport.
