Our client is seeking a bubbly, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Temporary Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. While you will be based at reception, this role is more admin-focused, with key responsibilities in handling legal dealpacks, supplier invoices, and general office administration.
Requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12) – essential A warm and welcoming personality – we need someone full of life at reception! Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Ability to handle legal documents with accuracy and responsibility Willingness to be trained and learn new tasks A proactive and professional approach to work Available immediately for a temporary role (with the potential to become permanent)Responsibilities:
Managing the switchboard (minimal calls as most go directly to departments) Welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive first impression Receiving deliveries and handling filing duties Capturing supplier invoices daily and sending reports Requesting supplier statements weekly and ensuring financial records are updated Completing and uploading dealpacks while ensuring all documents are 100% accurateRequesting outstanding client information
Scanning and uploading contracts to the system
Adding devices on the system for billing purposes
Printing quotes and contracts as needed Assisting management with quotes and admin tasks Supporting the accounts department by sending statements and invoices
