Description:
Key Responsibilities:As the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Liaising with Auditors, banks, financial institutions, and Attorneys.
- Handling VAT calculations and submissions.
- Preparation of annual financial statements.
- Managing financial consolidations across the Group.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom with Honours in Accounting or Finance.
- SAICA articles completed.
- Experience in the property industry (essential).
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
